This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the standards of conduct required when using the services provided by Traffik Digital, LLC (“Company”). By accessing or using our digital marketing and lead generation services (the “Services”), you agree to comply with this Policy.

The intent of this AUP is to protect the integrity, security, and effectiveness of our Services, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.

1. Prohibited Uses

Clients may not use the Services to:

  • Unlawful Activities: Engage in, promote, or facilitate any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations (e.g., fraud, deceptive marketing, privacy violations).
  • Spam or Abuse: Send unsolicited bulk communications, spam, or engage in abusive lead solicitation practices.
  • Misrepresentation: Create, share, or promote misleading, false, or deceptive content, including misrepresenting products, services, pricing, or endorsements.
  • Infringement: Upload, distribute, or use materials that infringe on intellectual property, proprietary rights, or third-party privacy rights.
  • Malicious Activity: Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code that could disrupt systems, compromise data, or damage third-party operations.
  • Sensitive Data Collection: Attempt to collect or process sensitive personal data (e.g., health, financial, or government identification data) without express written authorization and proper compliance safeguards.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful information for campaigns and lead generation activities.
  • Ensure that their use of generated leads complies with all relevant marketing, data protection, and telemarketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, CCPA, as applicable).
  • Respect all opt-out, unsubscribe, and “do not contact” requests from leads.
  • Use leads exclusively for the purposes disclosed at the time of collection.

3. Enforcement & Remedies

  • Monitoring: Traffik Digital, LLC reserves the right to monitor use of the Services to ensure compliance with this Policy.
  • Violations: Any violation may result in suspension or termination of Services, removal of content, forfeiture of fees paid, and/or legal action where applicable.
  • Reporting: The Company may report unlawful activities to appropriate authorities and cooperate with investigations.

4. Changes to the Policy

Traffik Digital, LLC may update this AUP from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. The updated version will be posted on our website with the “Effective Date” noted above.
